Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using AutoLead365 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

AutoLead365 is a software tool (SaaS) that helps marketing agencies and freelancers find potential business clients through publicly available data (OpenStreetMap, Foursquare, Google Places, and similar sources), and send outreach emails through the user's own SMTP configuration.

3. Your responsibility as a user

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of the emails you send through the Service
• Complying with applicable email marketing laws in the countries you send to (e.g. CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR/ePrivacy in the EU) - including an unsubscribe mechanism where required
• The accuracy of the data you enter (SMTP credentials, email content)
• Using the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity is prohibited

AutoLead365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of a user who violates these rules, without compensation.

4. Data accuracy

Business data (names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers) is collected from publicly available sources and AI-generated estimates (lead score). We do not guarantee its complete accuracy or timeliness. AI-generated email texts and demo websites (Studio plan) are examples/suggestions - it is your responsibility to review them before sending/sharing.

5. Plans and billing

The Service offers multiple pricing plans (Free, Premium, Ultra Premium, Studio) with different monthly limits. Billing (once activated) is charged in advance, monthly. You may cancel your plan at any time through your account settings - cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, without a partial refund for the current period, unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. AutoLead365 is not liable for:

• Damage arising from your use of the contacts found or the emails sent
• Interruptions in the operation of third-party services (Google Places, Foursquare, Anthropic AI, SMTP providers) that affect functionality
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damage from using the Service

7. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, including misuse for spam or illegal activities.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
